Ondanks dat de levering was vertraagd heb ik mijn bestelling precies op tijd ontvangen. De telefonische helpdesk is echt geweldig. Ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om mijn artikelen op tijd te laten bezorgen. Nogmaals dank daarvoor.

I had to pay a massive Fed Ex import charge for my package to be delivered. I didn't expect it to be so high.
Hairgivers should work the cost of the import charge into the advertised price of the product on their website, so the customers gets a clear total price. It's really annoying otherwise.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating unexpected import charges can be, especially when they significantly increase the total cost. Unfortunately, these fees are determined by local authorities and carriers and are outside our control, but we do try to inform customers about possible import costs in advance. A few minutes after I made my purchase, I sent support a message and asked to change the address because I've made a mistake, they refused to help me and send DHL already created the sticker, even though it was just a few minutes after the purchase. I also asked to cancel and re-order and they refused. The package arrived to a location 45 minutes from my house and it took me a full work day just to collect it, all because they refused helping. When I reached out to DHL btw, they said the company (Hairgivers) are responsible and should have helped.

Dank je dat je dit zo uitgebreid met ons deelt. Vervelend om te horen dat dit zo is gelopen en dat het je zoveel tijd en moeite heeft gekost dat begrijpen we goed.
