They sent the wrong item. I emailed them and they said their customer service agent was sick with concussion. Still waiting for refund or proper item

The order was send quickly. Yet on there site they advertise a 30 day return garanty. I wanted to return the product. There is no description how to return it. Tried to contact them via two email addresses, via Whatsapp and there was no response at all!! Very disappointing. Hopefully they respond now it is in the open.

Quick dispatch, early delivery

Very dodgy company. Ordered some door handle covers for my car for delivery to the UK and they were promptly dispatched the following day. However a day later the package was immediately returned to sender without even leaving the country it was dispatched from (Netherlands). According to the tracking on DPD it was delivered back to them on the 1st September but they have so far ignored all my attempts to contact them via email or phone to resolve.

While the initial delivery error may have been DPD's fault, it appears the lack of communication and willingness to sort out my order is consistent among other reviews and they seem to be quite happy to hold on to my money and order.

Zeer slechte kwaliteit matras voor de Tesla. Het ziet er leuk uit totdat je er op gaat liggen.
