I pay a phone of 770 euro i become the wrong product... how can i return and get my money back???

I’m sorry you received the wrong product. Please contact the shop where you bought it.
If you cannot get in touch with the shop, you can check whether they are a member of us on this page. On our members’ page you can submit a dispute, so we can contact the web shop to resolve the problem quickly.
I do hope, however, that contact can be made quickly and that it will be resolved mutually.
