Really really happy with this, everything just sort of clicked in the best way. I ordered pretty quickly because the site was easy and then I expected the usual waiting and confusion but no, actually got updates and the package came sooner than I thought so that was already a great start. Opened it up and the product looked super good, maybe even better than on the website which almost never happens. I kept thinking okay maybe there will still be something off but no, all good, worked well, looked good, felt like proper quality. Just a very good experience and I would 100% order again because

It was fine I guess but also not really smooth, like the order went through and I got it and nothing was super wrong but also I was not sure what was happening half the time. Delivery was a bit later maybe not too late but enough that I checked a few times. Product is okay, not bad, not amazing, just sort of there and does the thing mostly. I had one question and support answered, kind of, but then I had to read it twice because it was not super clear and maybe I was already annoyed by then. So yes okay overall, just not a wow experience and a bit all over the place.

Honestly I dont even really know where to start because it was just weird from the beginning. First the order seemed okay then not okay then I got some email but also no tracking that worked and then later something showed up but not really like what I thought I bought. The box looked kind of off too, maybe damaged or maybe just badly packed I dont know but it gave a bad feeling right away.
