Item wasn’t shipped even though I ordered before the cut off time and paid extra for express shipping. Next working day, order is still showing as unfulfilled and not shipped. Still don’t know when I will receive it. First time using this company and not very impressed! Sent a message and haven’t had a response. Don’t bother with this company!

We've received your order and its payment unfortunately after our shipping cut-off, which means we couldn't have it shipped on Thursday. As indicated on our website we were closed from 29-03 until 01-04 to ship orders due to national holidays.
We also responded to your message, but unfortunately there were only three hours between your message and the review you've placed (which didn't gave us a lot of time to respond).

The delivery was fast. No complains there.
however i returned the product for a refund.
Did receive an e-mail that the product was received and it will take
2 to 3 working days to process.
It is now 2 weeks and still no e-mail that the return is accepted or not.
No reaction on my email with the request what the status is.
