I have ordered and paid for the order, but have never received the goods, bik-bik.nl didn't answer an of my emails and they did not refund the money.

Ook hebben wij u geïnformeerd dat uw pakket bij ons retour is gekomen. In afwachting van uw reactie of het correcte adres dan wel een ander adres staat dit pakket nog bij ons "on hold"
