My product has not arrived at all and i also have not one single reply to my email on where said product is. Absolutely appaling.

The product I have spent good money on, was meant to be branded Cold Culture, when it arrived it was a cheap fake. My daughter was very disappointed. Waste of money! 😬

You don't even deserve 1 star but it's the minimum. Ordered 26th November advised after many emails to cancel this was dispatched 13th December , still not received and no contact. This firm is a joke.

After especially asking about the sizes they send me a coat that was to small and to return it is a nightmare due to cost and reluctancy of sending a return label or address
