I placed a order on 13th of april. As of previous writer. No shipment and no response from supplier after send several emails. Never gping to order here again

I placed an order on 19th of May, and as of today (27th), the shipment status hasn't changed at all. I contacted both the store and their logistics provider multiple times but received no response whatsoever.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Not only was my order not delivered, but the total lack of communication shows a clear disregard for customers.
I am now forced to request a refund for an item I never received. Very disappointing experience - I won’t be ordering here again. -
