Ein sehr guter Kontakt mit Pieter, es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung verbunden mit einer guten Beratung. Auf meine Anfrage hin kam eine unglaublich schnelle Lieferung. Nach Bezahlung am Nachmittag ging die Bestellung noch kurz danach am selben Tag raus. Die Ware war seht gut verpackt, hat eine sehr gute Qualität und einen richtig guten Look. Die Passformen der beiden Modelle fallen ein wenig unterschiedlich aus. Vielen Dank, ich kaufe gerne wieder!

be sure you have your order right and understand the currency conversions. We tried to cancel just after ordering, well before it even shipped, they did no reply until it had just been sent..

We are very happy with the quality of the boots. We ordered different styles and sizes to pick the best fit. The customer service was excellent, fast return and refund process. We can highly recommend shoebidooshoes.

I was a returning customer. However, my latest purchase of custom-made boots did not end well. Leather quality of boots was visibly worse than when compared to boots I purchased previously. When confronted the support with this fact I was told that leather is “natural material” and all is as it should be. In my opinion it is not - leather is of different grain, with blemishes and simply looks different and worse.

I have offered seller two options how to resolve the situation to my satisfaction, one taking into consideration that made-to-measure items cannot be returned. After an email exchange I was offered a partial refund (not to my full satisfaction).

Georgeous boots, soft leather, 5 inch stiletto heels, and yet they’re comfortable, I love them !
