Dear Tummy Tub team,
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, I have not received my order yet, so I am unable to leave a review at this moment.
There was an issue with the delivery address: when placing the order, only the postal code was entered and the town/city was missing. As soon as I realized this, I contacted you to inform you of the mistake, but I have not received any reply so far, nor have I received the order.
I would appreciate it if you could please check the status of my order and let me know how this can be resolved.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We would like to clarify that the additional address details you sent on December 8 were successfully added to your order in time, so the delivery address itself was not the issue. According to the information we received from the carrier, the Tummy Tub® was delivered to your address, but as no one was home at the time of delivery, the parcel was taken to the nearest pick-up point.
A track-and-trace code was sent to you by the factory, which should indicate the exact location where you can collect your order. If you are unable to find this information or need assistance retrieving the parcel, we are of course happy to help you further.
We understand that the situation has been inconvenient and appreciate your patience. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can make sure everything is resolved properly.

I never received my order.

According to our records, we sent you an email two weeks ago containing the shipping information, tracking details, and proof of delivery from PostNL, confirming that the package was delivered. We also kindly requested that you check with your neighbors or other possible delivery locations in case the package was left there. As we haven’t received a response to that email, we’re concerned you may not have seen our message?
We’d love to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Could you please confirm whether you’ve checked for the package at nearby locations or let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with? You can also give us a call so we can dive into this further if needed.
