I have replied to this email twice since, without receiving any money for the items you do not have in stock, or the items you should send. According to their website, it should only take a few days before you receive the goods, which is a big lie. In addition, you treat your customers completely miserably. Now I just want the money back, but it does not look very promising. Since you do not respond to any of my inquiries! In addition, you ignored what I actually wrote in my emails, and avoided the fact that it's been over a month since I ordered! But I have not received anything! Their apology helps very little in my situation right now. Really poor customer service and handling of their so-called customers. Avoid shopping in this store!
