Initial order of a saddle bag and wing mirror was dispatched very quickly and arrived at my home within a couple of days. However the mirror was missing and my email was answered equally fast with a telephone call from Holland to Spain apologising for the missing item, which, again was dispatched promptly and I three days later. I tested the bike properly today with a short ride and was more than happy with my purchase. I'm looking forward to many kms of happy riding and would recommend this EBike to anyone thinking of buying a fold-up bike.
