The products are of excellent quality, and delivery was fast. However, my order included a discount code that had expired three years ago. I contacted customer service by email to ask if I could receive a new code, but I was told that the original one was still valid, which was not the case. After pointing this out, they informed me that they had made some adjustments and that the code should now work. Unfortunately, it still didn't, and I eventually gave up trying. It's a shame, as the products themselves are excellent, but this experience left me disappointed.
